Remote Security Control App & Text Notifications.
You can control your alarm panels directly from your smartphone or tablet. You can also receive instant text notifications if the burglar and fire alarms are triggered, environmental alarms such as high water levels occur, or user texts such as when someone turns the system On or Off.
The Remote Security Control (RSC) app by Bosch allows users to control their security systems remotely from their devices.
The app supports security systems with the following control panels: B9512G, B8512G, B6512, B5512, B4512, B3512, and D9412GV4. Users can turn their security system On or off with all compatible control panels, turn specific areas On or Off, and control outputs for applications such as lighting control.
Exclusive to B9512G, B8512G, D9412GV4, and D7412GV4 control panels, users can grant access to homes or businesses remotely by locking and unlocking doors (D9210C or B901 and other hardware required).

Verified Alarm Response
(Fremont Residents Only).
A Verified Alarm Response is a dispatch protocol employed by emergency response departments in some jurisdictions to reduce false alarms.
In practice, it means that an alarm signal must be confirmed to be a real emergency before local emergency responders (such as police and fire departments) can be dispatched to the alarm site or will respond to a dispatch request.
Having this service can determine whether or not you and your loved ones will be safe. If your alarm goes off and it ends up being a real emergency, then the dispatcher will respond accordingly.
